How can I contact customer support?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.

How often do you release new items?

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our collection, select the items you wish to purchase, choose your size and quantity, and click "Add to Cart." Once you've added all desired items, proceed to checkout where you can enter your shipping and payment information to complete your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?

If your tracking information hasn't updated for several days, please first allow for a full 24-48 hours from the last update. If it still shows no movement, please contact our customer support team with your order number, and we'll be happy to assist you in investigating the status with Tapstitch.

Do you offer returns, refunds, or exchanges?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and our streamlined operational process with Tapstitch, we do not offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, sizing guides, and all details before making a purchase.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

While we strive for perfection, in the rare instance that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately upon receipt (within 48 hours of delivery). Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage/defect, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
